What is the Referral Program?#
The Qwizoo referral program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends, colleagues, or clients to the platform. Each person who signs up via your unique link and subscribes to a paid plan earns you lead credits and bonus subscription days.
The referral section is available in the dashboard sidebar. Shopify merchants use a separate billing flow and do not participate in the referral program.
Reward Table#
Rewards depend on the plan chosen by the person you invited:

Credits are added to your lead quota instantly and never expire. Bonus days extend your subscription beyond the regular billing cycle end date.
How to Share Your Link#
- 1Open the Referrals section in the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Copy your unique referral link using the "Copy link" button.
- 3Share it via messenger, email, social media, or embed it in your content.

Each workspace has one permanent referral code. It does not change over time, so you can safely include it in static content, blog posts, or profile bios.
How Rewards Are Calculated#
Registration
When someone opens your referral link and registers, a referral record is created with status Pending. At this stage no reward is issued yet.
First payment
When that person makes their first payment for a Comfort or Premium plan, the referral moves to status Paid. The 14-day verification window begins.
14-day window
We wait 14 days to ensure no refund is requested. This protects the program from abuse and ensures rewards reflect genuine subscriptions.
Reward issued
After 14 days without a refund, the reward is credited automatically: lead credits are added to your quota, and bonus days extend your subscription end date. The referral status changes to Rewarded.
If the invited person requests a refund within 14 days of their first payment, the referral status is set to Cancelled and no reward is issued.
Bonus Days — How They Work#
Bonus days extend your subscription end date even if your regular billing cycle has ended. For example: if your plan expires on May 1 and you have 7 bonus days, you retain access until May 8.
- Bonus days accumulate across referrals — each new rewarded referral adds more days.
- The cap is 30 bonus days per billing cycle. Once reached, additional referrals still earn credits but no more days until the next renewal.
- At the start of each new billing cycle the bonus day counter resets to 0, so you can earn up to 30 days again.
- If you cancel your subscription but still have unused bonus days, access is preserved until those days expire.
Referral Statuses#

Anti-Abuse Rules#
- No self-referral — you cannot use your own referral link to create a referral for your own workspace.
- Paid plans only — the Standard (free) plan does not qualify for a reward.
- First payment only — renewals and plan upgrades after the initial subscription do not generate additional referrals.
- One referral per invited workspace — each workspace can only be referred once.
FAQ#
When do credits appear in my account?
Credits are added automatically 14 days after the invited person's first payment, provided no refund was requested in that period.
Can I earn rewards for multiple referrals?
Yes. Each successfully rewarded referral adds its own credits and days independently. Bonus days are capped at 30 per billing cycle; credits have no cap.
What if the invited person upgrades from Comfort to Premium later?
The reward is based on the plan active at the time of the first payment, not on any future upgrades or downgrades.
Does the referral link expire?
No. Your referral code is permanent and tied to your workspace. It never changes or expires.
I invited someone but don't see them in the list. Why?
The referral is recorded only when the person clicks your link and registers during that same session. If they navigate to the site directly and register without your link, the referral is not tracked.
