Getting Started with Qwizoo

What is Qwizoo#

Qwizoo is a platform for building interactive quizzes that turn visitors into leads. Instead of a dull "leave your number" form — a personalised dialogue that engages, qualifies and automatically nurtures every potential customer.

Sign Up & Log In#

Qwizoo supports three sign-in methods: Google, GitHub or email/password. No credit card required — you get the free Standard plan immediately.

1. 1Go to qwizoo.com and click "Start for Free".
2. 2Choose a sign-up method: Google, GitHub or Email & Password.
3. 3If you chose email — confirm your address by clicking the link in the email.
4. 4After signing in you'll land on the Dashboard — your account's main panel.

Dashboard Overview#

After signing in you see the main dashboard with key metrics and your recent quizzes.

• Stats at the top — total views, leads, conversion rate and monthly trend.
• Quizzes — a list of all your quizzes with status and lead counts.
• Leads — a table of collected contacts with answers and details.
• Analytics — conversion charts and step-by-step funnel.
• Billing — current plan, limits and upgrade options.

Creating Your First Quiz#

You can create a quiz from scratch or use AI generation by describing your topic (Comfort+). Here is the basic path for a new quiz:

1. 1On the Quizzes page click "Create Quiz".
2. 2Enter a quiz name — it is displayed only to you, not to visitors.
3. 3You enter the quiz builder. By default there is one Welcome step — the start screen.
4. 4Add steps: click "+ Add Step" and choose a type (question, contact form, result, etc.).
5. 5Customise the design in the right panel — colours, font, logo.
6. 6Click "Save" to save your changes.

Core Step Types

• Welcome — start screen with a headline and quiz description.
• Question — a step with a question (single choice, multiple choice, text, rating, etc.).
• Lead Form — contact collection form (name, email, phone).
• Result — personalised result based on answers.
• Thank You — final thank-you screen with optional redirect.

Publishing a Quiz#

For a quiz to be accessible to visitors it must be published.

1. 1In the builder click "Publish" or go to the Publish tab.
2. 2The system checks the quiz for errors (empty steps, broken logic, etc.). Any issues will be shown.
3. 3After a successful publish you get a public link like qwizoo.com/q/Ab3cD4eF — a unique 8-character ID generated automatically.
4. 4Share the link on social media, in ads or embed the quiz on your site via iframe or script.

Your First Lead#

Once the first visitor completes the quiz and submits their details, the lead will appear in the Leads section. There you will see:

• Name, email and phone.
• All answers to the quiz questions.
• Device, browser, country and city.
• UTM parameters if the traffic came from an ad.

• Configure the Follow-up Engine (Comfort+) — AI will automatically nurture every lead after the quiz.

Gallery Templates#

There's no need to start from an empty quiz. On the "Create Quiz" screen there are 10 industry templates — ready-made structures with steps, questions and a contact form.

Templates cover popular scenarios: product recommendation for e-commerce, real estate, fitness, online education, B2B qualification and more. Choose one, edit the texts and publish — the whole architecture is already built.

Notification Centre#

In the dashboard's top navigation bar there is a bell icon — that is the in-app notification centre. Important account events appear here in real time:

• New leads — a notification every time someone submits your quiz.
• Plan updates — confirmation of a plan change or trial expiry.
• Payment status — successful charge, failed transaction or a request to update payment details.
