Lead Quota#
The quota is the maximum number of new leads you can view per month. A lead is counted when you open its details for the first time.
- The quota resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- When you reach 80% of the quota you will receive an email warning and a dashboard notification.
- After reaching 100% — new leads continue to be saved but remain locked until you upgrade or the next cycle begins.
Leads that arrive when the quota is exhausted are not lost. They are stored and become available after upgrading your plan or purchasing a Lead Pack.
Lead Pack — +100 leads for $9#
- Available on Comfort and Premium plans.
- One-time purchase — not a subscription, does not auto-renew.
- Credits don't expire: unused credits carry over to the next month.
- You can buy multiple packs — each purchase adds another 100 leads.
- 1Go to Billing in the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Find the "+100 leads for $9" block and click the button.
- 3Confirm the one-time payment in the Freemius checkout. Credits are added instantly after payment.
How to Upgrade#
- 1Go to Billing in the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Choose a plan: Comfort or Premium.
- 3Click "Upgrade plan" — the Freemius payment window will open.
- 4Enter your card details and confirm payment. Plan activation is instant after successful payment.
Choose annual billing at checkout and save 20%. Comfort: $182/year instead of $228, Premium: $470/year instead of $588.
Cancelling Your Subscription#
- 1Go to Billing → Manage subscription.
- 2Click "Cancel subscription".
- 3Access to your current plan remains active until the end of the already paid cycle. After that your account reverts to Standard (free).
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee#
- Email hello@qwizoo.com with the subject "Refund request".
- Include your account email and the reason.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
The guarantee applies to the first payment only. Repeat refunds after the first one are not provided.
Freemius — Our Payment Provider#
- Payments are processed by Freemius, our certified Merchant of Record.
- Your card details are not stored on Qwizoo servers — everything is handled by Freemius.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Standard plan is free forever. There is no time limit and no credit card required.
What happens when the lead quota runs out?
The quiz continues accepting responses, but new leads remain locked. You have three options: wait for the next billing cycle, upgrade your plan, or buy a Lead Pack (+100 leads for $9).
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. When upgrading — the price difference is calculated pro-rata and charged immediately. When downgrading — the change takes effect at the start of the next cycle.
