Key Metrics#

The Analytics section is available in the dashboard sidebar. The top section shows 5 key indicators:

MetricWhat it means
ViewsNumber of times the quiz was opened
LeadsNumber of completed lead capture forms
ConversionPercentage of views that became leads
CompletionsNumber of people who reached the last step
Completion ratePercentage of visitors who finished the quiz

The most important metric for optimisation is Conversion Rate (views β†’ leads). Below 5% β€” review your lead capture form.

Time Ranges#

Comfort+
  • 7 days β€” current week.
  • 30 days β€” last month.
  • 90 days β€” last quarter.
  • Custom range β€” any date interval.

Step Funnel#

Comfort+

The funnel shows how many people passed through each step of the quiz, allowing you to pinpoint exactly where the most drop-offs occur.

  • Views β€” how many people reached this step.
  • Completions β€” how many moved on to the next step.
  • Drop rate β€” percentage of visitors who stopped at this specific step.
  • Average time β€” how many seconds are spent on the step.
πŸ’‘

The step with the highest drop rate is your biggest growth opportunity. On Premium use AI drop-off analysis below.

AI Drop-off Analysis#

Premium

On Premium an "AI Drop-off Analysis" section appears in Analytics. It analyses steps where more than 30% of visitors drop off and explains the specific reasons.

How it works

  • Click "Analyse" β€” the AI identifies problem areas (drop rate above 30%).
  • Within 5–15 seconds cards appear for each problematic step: Why they drop off and What to change.
  • If no step exceeds 30% drop rate, the system shows "Quiz is well optimised".

Results are cached for 24 hours. Click "Refresh Analysis" after making changes.

A/B Tests#

Premium

A/B tests let you run two quiz variants simultaneously and compare conversion.

Traffic split

Traffic is distributed evenly between variants (50/50). A manual split (e.g. 70/30) is also available.

How to create an A/B test

  • In the builder click "A/B Test" in the top menu.
  • Create variant B β€” each variant is an independent quiz with its own steps, design and logic.
  • Set the traffic split: 50/50, 70/30, etc.
  • Publish β€” the system will automatically show different variants to different visitors.
⚠️

Statistical significance is not calculated automatically. We recommend collecting at least 100 responses per variant before drawing conclusions.

Geolocation#

The Geography section shows where your quiz visitors come from β€” at country and city level.

Devices#

Audience breakdown by device type: mobile, desktop, tablet. Make sure your quiz looks great on a small screen using the preview mode.

Per-Quiz Analytics#

Go to Quizzes β†’ select a quiz β†’ Analytics for data specific to that quiz.
