Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between the user and the Qwizoo platform (qwizoo.com). By using Qwizoo you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision — do not use the service.

Qwizoo is an online platform for creating interactive quizzes, collecting leads and automating marketing.

2. Account and Registration

• To use Qwizoo you must register with a valid email address.
• Registration via Google or GitHub is subject to the terms of those providers.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all actions taken in your account.
• Transferring your account to third parties is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or block an account that violates these Terms.

3. Plans and Limits

Qwizoo offers three subscription plans:

Lead limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. When the limit is reached new leads are not saved until the next cycle or until you upgrade.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record — legally you enter into a purchase agreement with Paddle, Inc., not directly with Qwizoo.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time in the Billing section — it remains active until the end of the already-paid cycle.
• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you made your first payment and are not satisfied — email hello@qwizoo.com within 14 days of your first payment date.
• Refunds after the first reimbursement are not available.
• For payment transaction disputes contact Paddle directly: paddle.com/support.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Qwizoo you agree not to:

• ✕collect or process personal data of persons under 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent
• ✕distribute illegal, offensive, discriminatory or misleading content
• ✕send spam or unsolicited commercial messages via the Follow-up Engine
• ✕use the platform for phishing, spoofing or deception
• ✕reverse engineer, copy or reproduce elements of the platform
• ✕overload Qwizoo infrastructure with automated requests or DDoS attacks
• ✕use a single account to circumvent subscription plan limits

6. Content and Responsibility

• You bear full responsibility for all content in your quizzes: questions, answer options, results, texts.
• You are responsible for correctly configuring integrations and ensuring your activity complies with personal data protection legislation in your country.
• If you have connected Google Analytics, GTM or advertising pixels to your quiz — you are responsible for properly informing visitors about data collection.
• If you use a custom domain, custom sender email or white label — you bear full responsibility for configuring DNS records (SPF, DKIM, CNAME) and ensuring all communications sent on your behalf comply with applicable law in your country.
• Qwizoo is not responsible for the content of quizzes created by users.

7. AI Features

• Follow-up Engine, lead scoring and quiz generation use Claude (Anthropic) — an external AI service.
• When using AI features, quiz answers and the business context you provide are sent to the Anthropic API. Anthropic processes this data according to its own Privacy Policy.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI output for specific business purposes — verify results independently.
• Follow-up emails are sent on behalf of the quiz owner but generated by AI — you are responsible for their content.

8. Integrations

• Webhook, Zapier, Google Sheets, SendPulse, Telegram and CRM integrations are configured by you and operate at your discretion and responsibility.
• When connecting Google Sheets you grant OAuth permissions to write only to the spreadsheets you specify. You may revoke access at any time.
• Qwizoo is not responsible for outages, delays or data breaches on the side of third-party services.

9. Team and Roles

• On the Premium plan you may invite team members with an editor or viewer role.
• The workspace owner is responsible for all actions of invited team members.
• The owner may remove a team member at any time via the Team section.

10. Suspension and Deletion

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account.
• After account deletion all quizzes, leads, analytics and settings are permanently deleted.
• Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account — data is retained until an explicit deletion request.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Qwizoo is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, data loss or business interruption.
• Paddle is the Merchant of Record and is responsible for payment transactions — direct payment disputes to Paddle.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the last full month of service use.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect. By continuing to use Qwizoo after an update you accept the new Terms.
